How a ChargeUP rental starts
At a ChargeUP station, tap your card or phone to pay, or scan the QR code shown on the station. The applicable rental price is displayed before you confirm.
An app is not required to start. The ChargeUP app is optional and helps you view current coverage and live station availability.
What you rent
A charged 8,000mAh power bank releases after payment confirmation. Built-in Lightning and USB-C cables support major phone types, and compatible devices can charge at up to 22.5W.
How returns work
Insert the power bank into an available slot at any ChargeUP station in the network within the rental window that applies to your rental. Follow the station instructions to complete the return.
Late returns may incur additional fees up to the replacement value of the power bank. Review the displayed fees and ChargeUP Terms of Service before renting.
