Charges associated with the rental are billed to your selected payment method according to the fees displayed for that rental.

Return the power bank to an available slot at any ChargeUP station within the rental window that applies to your rental. Follow the station instructions to complete the return.

Late returns

A late return may result in additional fees, up to the replacement value of the power bank, in accordance with the ChargeUP Terms of Service.

Can I return a damaged power bank?
Answer: Yes—if it is safe to handle and place in the station. Stop using it, return it to an available slot, then contact ChargeUP Support so it can be taken out of service. Do not attempt to return a unit that poses an immediate safety risk; follow the damaged power bank safety guide.
What happens if I miss the rental window?
Answer: Late returns may incur additional fees up to the replacement value of the power bank. Review the displayed fees and the ChargeUP Terms of Service before renting.
What should I do if a charge does not look right?
