01. Acceptance
By renting a power bank ("Rental") or using ChargeUP's services, website, or mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
02. Rental service
ChargeUP provides portable power banks for short-term rental through our network of stations across Australia. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to station availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
03. Pricing and charges
All fees (including hourly, daily, and maximum fees) are clearly displayed before you confirm your rental. Charges are billed to your selected payment method. Prices may change from time to time in our sole discretion.
04. Return obligations
You must return the power bank to any ChargeUP station within the rental window to avoid additional charges. Late returns may incur additional fees up to the replacement value of the power bank.
05. User conduct
You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not damage, tamper with, or misuse any power bank or station. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
06. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChargeUP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. Our total liability for any claim relates to the amount paid by you for the rental giving rise to the claim.
07. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
